Welcome to Find Joy through Movement

We specialize in providing evidence-based exercise physiology sessions for people living with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cognitive conditions. ​Our mission is to empower people of all ages and abilities to find freedom and joy through movement. We achieve this via clinically prescribed exercise therapy which builds strength, mobility, balance, cardiorespiratory fitness, and overall health. This improves participants' physical function and their ability to engage in activities of daily living, paid or volunteer work, and leisure pursuits. We know it can feel intimidating to walk into a gym, especially if you don't enjoy exercise. That's why our vision is simple:  to create a safe and inclusive experience for people of all abilities to engage in, and enjoy movement. We offer gym-based sessions, home visits, and outdoor services depending on participant needs. Get in touch to find out how we can help yourself, your loved one, or your clients find joy through movement.
